Cancellation Policy
A minimum forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night's rental amount plus applicable taxes. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure for any reason does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Payment Terms
Personal checks, Visa and Mastercard are happily accepted. $300 deposit at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
